Frequently asked roofing questions

We get many of the same questions every day. If you have some of your own we listed them below.

How would I know if my roof needs to be replaced?

If your roofing system is 25 years or older we suggest getting an inspection and consultation so you are aware of the condition. Additionally, if you're seeing shingles curled and cupped and obvious damage it's probably ready to be re-roofed.

Is your company licensed, insured, and bonded?

Yes, we have a California state contractor license which is Lic. #867069. We also are insured and bonded to take residential and commercial projects of all sizes.

My roof is leaking. Do I need to replace the whole system?

Most likely no but it depends on other factors. If your roofing system is completely worn out and is older than 20 years you may need to invest in a complete re-roof. However, many times we can fix leaks in sections. Your first step is having a certified roofer do an inspection.

How long does a re-roof take?

This depends on many factors like size of the roof, number of shingle layers, roof deck condition, type of material, and difficulty of roof slope. However, a typical Bakersfield residential roof replacement takes 3-5 days.

Does your company have financing options?

Yes! We have several financing options through the California REEL program.
